Please read these terms carefully before using this platform. This document covers full guidelines on accounts, payments, bonuses, and responsible gaming.

2 Eligibility & Registration

Registration Requirements

The following conditions must be met to create a valid account:

  • You are a resident of Bangladesh or have the legal right to use this platform.
  • All information provided must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
  • Each individual may open only one account.
  • You must have a valid payment method registered in your own name.
  • You have not previously been banned by pq333.
Warning: Registering with false information may result in account cancellation and balance forfeiture.

3 Account Management

Account Security

You are fully responsible for the security of your account. Never share your login details (username and password) with any third party. If you notice any suspicious activity, notify the pq333 support team immediately.

Account Verification

pq333 may at any time request identity documents, proof of address, and payment method verification as part of KYC (Know Your Customer) checks. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete. Failure to provide the required documents may result in account suspension or closure.

Account Closure

Users may request to close their account at any time. pq333 reserves the right to suspend or cancel any account without notice in cases of terms violation, fraud, or suspicious activity.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits

The following rules apply when depositing funds into pq333:

  • Minimum deposit: ৳200 (the same for each payment method).
  • Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
  • Deposits are only accepted from a payment account registered in your own name.
  • Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals

The following rules apply for withdrawals:

  • Minimum withdrawal: ৳800.
  • Standard processing time: within 1 hour.
  • Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
  • Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete.
  • pq333 reserves the right to investigate withdrawals in cases of unusual activity.
Fast service: pq333 processes withdrawals as quickly as possible — usually within 1 hour. However, bank transfer withdrawals may be subject to the bank's own processing time.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Welcome Bonus

New members at pq333 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and get an extra ৳1,000 bonus — a total of ৳2,000 to play with.

Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing winnings from bonus funds. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the total balance.

  • Wagering requirement on bonus: 25x.
  • Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.

Additional Bonus Terms

  • An account will receive the welcome bonus only once.
  • Bonus validity period: if wagering requirements are not met within the set time, the bonus will be cancelled.
  • Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts will be treated as fraud.
  • Some games may not contribute to bonus wagering, or may contribute only partially.
  • pq333 reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers at any time.
Please note: If bonus abuse (bonus arbitrage or artificial betting patterns) is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.

6 Gaming Rules

General Gaming Policy

All games on the pq333 platform are conducted in accordance with fair play principles. Game outcomes are determined by a verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG). In the event of a technical error, the relevant round may be voided.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute over a game result, game logs and server records will be considered final evidence. Disputes must be submitted within 72 hours of the relevant game round ending.

Disconnection

If an internet connection is lost during play, active bets will be settled according to the game server's records. pq333 is not responsible for losses caused by internet issues.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account cancellation:

  • Any form of fraud, hacking, or software manipulation.
  • Attempting to access another user's account.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.
  • Collusion (cheating in coordination with other players).
  • Creating multiple accounts.
  • Bonus arbitrage or system abuse.
  • Using a false identity or operating an account in someone else's name.
  • Using automated betting software or bots.
Consequences: If any of the above activities are detected, pq333 may close the account without notice, forfeit all winnings and balances, and take legal action if necessary.

8 Responsible Gaming

Users can set the following limits on their account:

  • Daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
  • Daily, weekly, or monthly loss limits.
